For over two decades, Qimpro Convention has been a recognition platform for team excellence in quality. The event applauds achieved excellence through efforts by the middle management.

Qimpro Convention is jointly hosted by Qimpro Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and BestPrax Club Pvt. Ltd.

Qimpro has pioneered the quality movement in India since 1987. In its commitment to the field of quality, Qimpro institutionalized QualTech Prize to honour cross-functional teams that have achieved extraordinary results in process improvements.

BestPrax Club has been striving to promote best practices in the Indian Industry since 2005. In its efforts to foster innovation, BestPrax Club has founded the BestPrax Prize for innovation in managerial practices.

Qimpro Convention is a culmination of an eight-month long process. The two competitions - QualTech Prize and BestPrax Prize - run independently, and in parallel.

This year we have received a record-breaking 84 project submissions from 44 business units of various organizations. Projects are currently being assessed by our panel of 82 Examiners. The top scoring 30 projects will be selected for final presentation to 2 independent panels of judges.

This year we have altered the 2-day format as follows:

Day 1 - Manufacturing Industry Focus
15 improvement presentations for QualTech Prize (3 trophies)
5 innovation presentations for BestPrax Prize (1 trophy)

Day 2 - Service Industry Focus
10 improvement presentations for QualTech Prize (2 trophies)
5 innovation presentations for BestPrax Prize (1 trophy)
